A NOVEL CASE REPORT

This study presents a unique case of a disease, highlighting its characteristic clinical presentation. The individual, a young/adult/elderly male/female, presented with a cluster of symptoms that included cognitive impairment, visual disturbances, and fever. These symptoms were progressive in nature, prompting a thorough medical evaluation.
